James W. Gentry, popularly known as Jim Gentry, is an Emeritus Professor of Marketing at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He also taught at Kansas State University, Oklahoma State University, the University of Western Australia, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research has been primarily in the areas of behavioral decision theory and consumer behavior (emphasizing family and gender issues).
