Author Bio
Romeo V. Turcan, Professor at Aalborg University Business School, is the founder and coordinator of an interdisciplinary research programme, Theory Building Research Programme (www.tbrp.aau.dk). Romeo served in a range of positions involving public policy intervention in restructuring, rationalization and modernization of private and public sectors, including energy, military, management consulting, ICT and higher education industries.
Michael Fast, Docent at the University College Northern Denmark, is an expert in business development and management with a particular focus on sustainability, moral and ethics, crisis management and restructuring. Michael has extensive knowledge of business economics and development, and organizational sociology. He researches companies and organizations’ renewal, management and knowledge, and their relation to changes and development contingencies.
