Biography
Kushal Srivastava is a legal research assistant at the School of Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security at Rashtriya Raksha University in India. He has a master’s degree in Criminal and Security Law with an inclination in the domain of research in general and facets like criminal laws, cyber laws, victim jurisprudence and constitutional law.
