About This Journal
Dignity: A Journal of Analysis of Exploitation and Violence is an online, open access, non-profit journal that started publication in 2016. The journal is hosted on Digital Commons at the University of Rhode Island.
The Editorial Board is the publisher of the journal. The board consists of a diverse group of internationally known academics, professionals, practitioners, and advocates, who are experts in the analysis of exploitation and violence.
Published articles are openly and freely available to the public. The editorial board is dedicated to creating an open environment for learning and discussion on these important issues with the goal of creating significant reductions in these types of harm. Anyone can download and share the articles published in this journal.
There is no fee or processing charge to authors for submitting or publishing in this journal.
The ISSN for Dignity is 2472-4181. Each published article has a unique doi (Digital Object Identifier).
Dignity: A Journal of Analysis of Exploitation and Violence is registered with the Directory of Open Access Journals, an online directory of high quality, open-access, peer-reviewed journals, and other appropriate indexes of academic, peer-reviewed publications.
The first year of publication was supported by the University of Rhode Island’s Council for Research.
