Biography
Sandra Morgan, Ph.D., is a faculty member and Director of Vanguard University’s Global Center for Women and Justice in California, USA. She is an educator and nurse who has used her expertise to combat human trafficking and work to end violence against women. She serves on Foreign Affairs Chair Congressman Ed Royce's Anti Human Trafficking Advisory Committee. She also serves the Orange County CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children) Steering Committee. She served as co-chair of the President's Public-Private Partnership Advisory Council to End Human Trafficking, which advised federal agencies on how to equip America on how to help victims of human trafficking.
