Abstract
With humans' undeniable desire for exploration of the Earth's water and our lack of visibility and speed underwater, it’s clear there is a market for Wet Jet. Wet Jet is an underwater propulsion device that will have various towing capabilities. Although there are various underwater propulsion devices already on the market, our designs' unique thrust improving features and minimal cost will stand out to competition. This design report covers the entire process and procedure executed in order to provide you with an in-depth understanding of our design and it’s capabilities, functionalities and potential. In the following pages you will be guided through a year's work on our design. We look forward to seeing future design teams implement our recommendation in addition to their own ideas. We have worked to gather information, complete various test procedures, create designs and test them. We were able to print a prototype for the inner channel of our design in addition to implementing circuit work to test it. Further work should include the competition of the wireless controller in addition to the design, print and attachment of the outer channel. These finalizations, in addition to any other features would result in the completion and achievement of Wet Jet.
