Abstract
Finite element analyses of eccentric reducers with pressure or moment loadings are described and tabulated. The comparisons indicate that the present Code evaluation method for concentric reducers can be used for eccentric reducers provided that the maximum cone angle of the eccentric reducer is used for the cone angle alpha .
