Abstract
Thank you note for a presentation offered to South County Community Action's Business Ownership Opportunities Services and Training Program (BOOST) on September 22, 1998.
Introduced participants of the BOOST. Program to library resources that could assist them in starting a small business. BOOST aims to assist low-income people set up micro-businesses based on their particular skills and interests.
