Abstract
Perhaps the deepest record of current-induced sediment movement is one that was obtained at an archibenthic site: 710 m depth in the eastern Florida Straits. In this paper we describe the apparatus with which that record was made, together with recent improvements. We also give a brief account of the observations made with the apparatus and plans for its future use.
