Abstract
This paper investigates the load frequency control problem for multi-region power systems under Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks which aim to block the communications over the network. The DoS attacks are characterized by attack frequency and duration. A resilient predictor-based load frequency control scheme is proposed. The stability of the proposed control method is analyzed. The sufficient condition that can ensure multi-region power system exponentially stable is obtained. Finally, simulations on a three-region power system are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control approach.
