Abstract

A popular implementation of the KiSS/IQML algorithm for frequency estimation applies an inappropriate constraint to the parameter vector. This results in high thresholds for certain frequency configurations. By applying a consistent constraint, a better estimator can be obtained. © 1994 IEEE
