Abstract
A new method for solving DOA tracking problems is presented. The complexity of the method is second order in L, where L is the number of array sensors. One advantage gained by using the invariant subspace updating method is the ability to track rapidly changing DOAs. A second technique allows the immediate detection of appearing and disappearing sources.
