Abstract
The article reports on a seminar workshop about New England's dredging crisis. Some 2.8 million cu. yards of sediment need to be dredged to bring MassPort's facilities up to standards. Sediment disposal facilities are discussed. Capping of contaminated sediment disposal sites appears to be promising.
