Abstract

Poly[3-(oligoethylene oxide)-4-methylthiophene] is doped by HCl in aqueous solution in the absence of oxygen and undergoes dramatic solvatochromism in water-ethanol mixtures. © 2004 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
