Abstract
The major portion of the time spent on this project for this quarter involved specifying and ordering the equipment required to construct the 13 inch inside diameter column. The superstructure constructed in was the laboratory and all major equipment ordered. In addition a series of dynamic gas disengagement experiments performed using the six were inch inside diameter column. The major objective of these eperiments was to determine whether the distribution has any effect on the bubble rise velocities. No major difference was found when the data for a porous plate and a sieve plate was compared. (A) (Microfiche)
