Abstract
In this paper, a PC software system for quality and improvement programs is described, evaluated, and considered for use in industry and service enterprises. The system, NWA Quality Analyst, provides the statistical routines generally used for quality control and improvement which may also be used for other applications. The software is well documented and is easy to use based on a set of criteria for evaluating software systems of this nature. © 1995.
