Description
Portrait of John Barlow, who served as Acting President of the University of Rhode Island twice, 1930-31 and 1940-41. The portrait hung in Green Hall on the URI Kingston campus until December 2021, and now resides in the University Libraries' Distinctive Collections. Barlow was an entomologist who chaired URI's Zoology Department for 35 years.
