The author writes, "I have also attached the chart from my most recent tweet on Twitter (@ladardo) which shows a very disturbing occurrence -- RI payroll employment has now fallen below its 12-month average, which last occurred in June of 2007. Let's all hope that June brings a large job gain for RI as it did for the US, which would reverse payroll employment falling below its 12-month average. If it does not, then we have serious issues to begin considering about our state's cyclical performance.”
