Abstract
To clarify the sentence: “Following the work of Carlson et al. (2009), Spaulding et al. (2016a, 2016b) have developed a methodology to estimate the upper bound for dispersion coefficients used in a spill model.” The author has requested the following revision: “Following the work of Carlson et al.
