Biography
Mary Bawden is a trailblazing force in dance education and advocacy. She has a BA in modern dance from the University of California Riverside, a Master of Arts, and a secondary teaching credential. Mary founded Dance Awareness: No Child Exploited (DA:NCE) in 2016. She works with a team of experts to empower dance organizations and concerned adults to distinguish between healthy and harmful dance practices.
