Abstract

This dialogue attempts to tackle the issue of communication among cultural diversities. It is argued that a productive and successful communication among diversities demands an individual to cultivate himself or herself to develop a multicultural mindset which provides a ground for the individual to further pursue, through intercultural education and training, the abilities of intercultural communication competence.
